Payments related to offers between Users, such as as the Works Challenge and the Design Challenge.

Through this service, you can make payments in safely and we take care of redistributing them to beneficiary Users, after deduction of our commission.

For payment via our Payment Service, our Company receives a commission of 1% on the total amount of the transaction. This fee applies to Initiators of Project not registered on our site and to the Designers, at no additional cost to Project Initiators, and covers service charges. It is important to note that this commission does not apply in the following cases : when linking a Designer with a Project Holder, and/or when this connection involves a Business.

Any registration on the Site constitutes consent to the general conditions of use of the service provider Payment Service.

The payment process begins with the first deposit, which must be initiated by the Designer and regulated by the Project Holder via our Payment Service. You can find all the detailed information on the financial terms and data usage personal information in our T&Cs, as well as in our privacy policy.

Payment of subscriptions

Payment is made monthly to the Company by secure payment, by credit card at the end of the information entered at the time of subscription to the Pro Offer .

Payments will be made:

• For the first time the day after the 7 day trial free (hereinafter the monthly anniversary date)
• Every month, on the Anniversary Date.

In case of payment failure, Hello Archi will initiate three payment attempts within 7 days of the birthday date. With each payment attempt, the User will receive a notification by mail electronic notification of payment failure.

If, at the end of the 7 days and attempts to pay, the payment was not successful, the Services provided to the User within the framework of the Pro Offer will be suspended by Hello Archi.

Commission

Hello Archi receives a commission of one percent (1%) of the total amount of the payment made by the Initiators of Project (not registered on the site) to the Designers. This commission does not entail any additional costs. for Project Initiators and is intended to cover our service charge.

In the case of a relationship between a Designer and a Project Holder, the commission mentioned above is not applicable.

Similarly, if a Designer and/or a Project Holder are put in contact with a Company, the commission above is not applicable.

We would like to point out that Hello Archi is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Users during the use of the Payment Service nor the delivery times payment of funds by the Service Provider Payment. However, we make sure to work with reliable providers to guarantee an experience of secure and efficient payment.
