Company: Refers to Hello Archi, a company registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under the number "in progress", whose registered office is located at "18 Rue Ernest Guillier,24000 Périgueux".

Client: Any natural or legal person who is a consumer within the meaning of consumer law, subscribing to the Provider's Services on the Website.

User: Any natural or legal person using the site and its online services, having registered for the purpose of carrying out an architectural project, as a Project Holder, Designer or Company.

Visitor: any individual who navigates the pages of the Site without registering or using the Site's Services.

Project Owner: any individual or legal entity seeking assistance for a construction project and who has registered on the Site.

Designer: any individual or legal entity practicing the profession of Architect, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, Designer or any other profession related to design, exterior and/or interior layout who has registered on the Site.

Architect: individual and/or legal entity practicing as an architect designated by the Company and/or having registered on the Site in this capacity.

Company: Individual or legal entity operating in the construction industry who has registered on the Site as a professional.

Services: Refers to all services provided by the Company to a User.

Personal Data: Refers to personal data that Users of the Site have voluntarily provided to the Company through the website during registration to access the Services.

Personal Space: A dedicated space on the Site allowing a User to manage their use of the services offered by the Company.

Parties: Refers to the User and the Company together.

Payment Services: Refers to the payment service offered by the Site through our banking partner.

Pro Offer: Refers to the services which any Designer or Company registered on the Site can benefit from, the details of which can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

The data voluntarily provided by Users during their registration on the Site are collected and processed by the Company in accordance with the T&C, and are referred to as "Personal Data," which includes the following information:

For Designers:

• Name of agency or company

• Gender
• Email address

For Designers who choose the Pro Offer:

• Name of agency or company
• Address

• Identity document
• Kbis extract
• Proof of registration with the Order of Architects (if the Designer is an architect)
• Proof of insurance
• Credit card number, expiration date, and security code

For Companies:

• Name of company
• Address
• Gender
• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Trade specialty
• Phone number

Article 2: Security and Confidentiality

Article 3: Access, Rectification, and Deletion of Personal Data

Any User can access their Personal Data and request rectification from the Company.

Regardless of the origin of the relationship between a User and the Company, any User may request the Company to provide them with all their Personal Data and all copies thereof, and/or to delete all their Personal Data and all copies thereof.

Any request must be made in writing and sent by email to the Company's email address listed in these Terms and Conditions and the GTC by the User to the Company, and the request will be processed within a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the request.
