Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Hello Archi platform accessible at hello-archi.com, published by Hello Archi SAS. Any use of the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Definitions

"Platform": the hello-archi.com website and its applications. "User": any person accessing the Platform. "Client": user who has created an account to submit a project. "Professional": architect or other industry professional registered on the Platform. "Project": brief submitted by a Client describing their architecture needs.

Article 3 — Registration and account

Account creation is free and requires accurate information. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any fraudulent access must be reported immediately to Hello Archi SAS. Hello Archi reserves the right to suspend any account in case of violation of the Terms.

Article 4 — Services offered

Hello Archi provides matching between Clients and Professionals, a project management workspace, internal messaging, and stage-based secure payment. Hello Archi is not a party to the contract between Clients and Professionals once matching has occurred.

Article 5 — User obligations

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws, not to publish illegal, defamatory or misleading content, not to contact professionals outside the Platform during the project, and to pay agreed fees according to the established schedule.

Article 6 — Pricing and payment

Registration and project submission are free for Clients. Hello Archi receives a commission on Professionals' fees. Payments are secured and processed by our PCI-DSS certified providers (Stripe, Stancer). Fees are released in stages based on validated project milestones.

Article 7 — Intellectual property

Content published by Professionals (project photos, presentation texts) remains their property. By publishing on the Platform, they grant Hello Archi a non-exclusive license for use to promote the Platform. Hello Archi owns all rights to the Platform itself.

Article 8 — Liability

Hello Archi is a matching platform and is not a party to contracts between Clients and Professionals. Hello Archi cannot be held responsible for the quality of services delivered, disputes between Clients and Professionals, or temporary platform interruption for maintenance.

Article 9 — Termination

Any user can close their account at any time from their personal workspace. Hello Archi reserves the right to terminate an account without notice in case of serious breach of the Terms. Ongoing projects will be handled in accordance with the contractual provisions between Clients and Professionals.

Article 10 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be brought before the courts of jurisdiction of Hello Archi SAS's registered office, except for legal provisions applicable to consumers.
