Is Hello Archi free for individuals?
Yes. Submitting a project and matching with architects is completely free for project owners (individuals and companies). The platform is paid via a commission on architects' fees.
How long does it take to receive proposals?
Typically, you receive your first proposals within 24 to 48 hours after your brief is validated. The delay may vary based on project complexity and architect availability in your area.
Are the architects really certified?
All architects on Hello Archi are registered with the French Order of Architects (HMONP or DEA). We verify their certification before publishing their profile.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Our support team is available 6 days a week to mediate any dispute. Since fees are released in stages, you keep financial control throughout the project.
Do I also need to find a building contractor?
Yes. The architect designs and supervises, but construction is carried out by building contractors. Through your Hello Archi project space, you can consult partner companies and compare their quotes transparently.
What is the difference between an architect and a project manager?
A qualified architect (HMONP or State Diploma) is authorised to sign building permit applications. A project manager can design and oversee a project but cannot sign planning authorisations. Hello Archi guides you to the right professional for your project.
